Voting rights and capital
We hereby notify that Bodycote's capital and voting rights consist of 322,170,735 ordinary shares of 10 pence each with voting rights. No shares are held in treasury. The figure of 322,170,735 may be used by shareholders as the denominator in calculating whether they are required to notify an interest or change of interest in Bodycote's share capital pursuant to the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules. Bodycote will next update this figure monthly in the event of any changes.
