Voting Rights and Capital
In accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company notifies the market of the following:
As at 31 January 2011, the Company's issued share capital consists of 816,312,501 Ordinary shares of 10p each, with voting rights attached of one vote per Ordinary share. The Company holds no shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 816,312,501.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interests in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
