Voting Rights and Capital
As at 31 March 2009, the Company's total issued share capital consists of 212,012,343 ordinary shares of 1p each, of which 157,707 ordinary shares of 1p each are held in treasury.
Therefore for the purposes of the Transparency Directive the total number of issued shares with voting rights in Huntsworth is currently 211,854,636.
The above figure of 211,854,636 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
