St Ives plc - Total Voting Rights and Share Capital

St Ives plc ("the Company") hereby confirms that the Company's issued share capital consists of 119,826,366 ordinary shares of 10 pence each with voting rights attached (one vote per ordinary share). The Company does not hold any shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in St Ives plc is 119,826,366.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, St Ives plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
