Total Voting Rights

The Company's issued share capital as at 30 June 2017 consisted of 887,295,272 ordinary shares of 10p each of which 29,492,242 ordinary shares were held in Treasury.

Therefore the total number of shares with full voting rights in the Company at the above date was 857,803,030 and this figure may be used by shareholders to determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, William Hill PLC under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
