Total Voting Rights

Rexam PLC gives notice, in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, that the Company's share capital consists of 704,295,834 Ordinary shares of 80 5/14 pence, each entitled to one vote and 2,065,516 B shares of 57 pence each with no voting rights.

Rexam holds no ordinary shares in Treasury therefore the total number of voting rights in Rexam as at 31 October 2014 is 704,295,834.

The above figure (704,295,834) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Rexam under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
