RPS Group PLC27 September 2007 RPS GROUP PLC("RPS" or "the Group") Voting Rights and Capital In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6 wewould like to notify the market of the following: RPS Group plc's capital consists of 209,669,667 ordinary shares with votingrights. RPS Group plc does not hold any shares in Treasury. The increase in thenumber of shares (1,469,678) from those announced on 30 August 2007 relate tothe employee share option scheme, the employee Share Incentive Plan, the employee Long Term Incentive Plan and deferred consideration shares regarding the ECL acquisition. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in RPS Group plc is 209,669,667.
