Avesco Group PLC31 October 2007 Avesco Group plc (the 'Company') Total Voting Rights For the purposes of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure andTransparency Rules, the total number of ordinary shares of 10 pence each in theCompany in issue as at the date of this notice is 25,985,899 with each sharecarrying the right to one vote. There are 942,500 shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 25,043,399.
