RPS Group PLC28 June 2007 RPS GROUP PLC ("RPS" or "the Group") Voting Rights and Capital In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6 wewould like to notify the market of the following: RPS Group plc's capital consists of 207,251,968 ordinary shares with votingrights. RPS Group plc does not hold any shares in Treasury. The increase in thenumber of shares (95,758 shares) from those announced on 31 May 2007 relate tothe employee share option scheme and the employee Share Incentive Plan. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in RPS Group plc is 207,251,968.
