Voting Rights and Capital - Month End Disclosure

As at the date of this announcement the issued share capital of IP Group plc comprises 365,763,664 ordinary shares of 2p each. There were no shares held in treasury.

The total number of voting rights in IP Group plc is therefore 365,763,664.
