Total Voting Rights

INTU PROPERTIES PLC (the "Company") VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL In conformity with DTR 5.6.1 we would like to notify the market of thefollowing: The issued share capital of the company increased by a total of 42,394,779 newshares during July 2014 as a result of the conversion of £154,317,000 3.75%Perpetual Subordinated Convertible Bonds by certain Peel companies. TheCompany's issued share capital now consists of 1,311,353,003 ordinary shares of50 pence each with voting rights. The Company does not hold any ordinary sharesin treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Intu Properties plc is1,311,353,003. The above figure of 1,311,353,003 may be used by shareholders as thedenominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they arerequired to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in theCompany under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
