Voting Rights and Capital Update

In accordance with DTR 5.6.1 of the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company makes the following notification.

The Company's issued share capital as at 29 February 2020 consists of 109,289,406 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each with voting rights. There are currently no shares held in treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 109,289,406. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
