DCC PLC30 November 2007 Voting Rights and Capital In conformity with Regulation 20 of the Transparency (Directive 2004/109/EC)Regulations 2007, DCC plc announces that as of 30 November 2007: DCC plc's total number of ordinary shares with voting rights is 80,562,485. Thetotal issued share capital is 88,229,404 ordinary shares of €0.25 each of which7,666,919 are held as Treasury shares and therefore do not carry voting rights. The figure of 80,562,485 should be used by shareholders as the denominator forthe calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notifytheir interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of DCCplc under the Transparency (Directive 2004/109/EC) Regulations 2007 and theInterim Transparency Rules.
