SEGRO plc (the Company) Total Voting Rights 30 April 2015 For the purposes of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure andTransparency Rules, the Company's total issued ordinary share capital at 30April 2015, comprised 742,360,608 ordinary shares of 10p each with one votingright per share. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury. Therefore the total number of voting rights in SEGRO plc is 742,360,608. The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for thecalculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify theirinterest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosureand Transparency Rules.
