Origo Sino-India PLC19 January 2007 Origo Sino-India Plc ("Origo") Total Voting Rights In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6 wehereby notify the market of the following: * the issued share capital (as at the date of this notice) of Origo consists of 69,261,378 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 0.01 pence each ('ordinary shares'); * Origo does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 69,261,378.
