Centaur Media PLC01 April 2008 1st April 2008 Centaur Media plc (the "Company") In accordance with Rule 5.6.1 of the FSA's Disclosure Rules and TransparencyRules (DTR) as at close of business on 31st March 2008 the total number ofissued ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") was150,207,960; all of which carried voting rights. The Company holds 7,550,000 Ordinary Shares in Treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company for the purposes of the DTR istherefore 142,657,960. The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for thecalculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify theirinterest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the DTR.
