In accordance with DTR5.6.1 the Company's issued share capital consists of373,175,384 ordinary shares with voting rights. The Company does not hold anyshares in Treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is373,175,384.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for thecalculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify theirinterest in, or a change to their interest, to the Company under the FSA'sDisclosure and Transparency Rules.
