Minds + Machines Group Limited (AIM:MMX), the publicly quoted owner and operator of Internet top-level domains, announces that its issued share capital as at 31 October 2016 consists of 699,857,562 ordinary shares of no par value ("Ordinary Shares"). MMX holds no Ordinary Shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in MMX is 699,857,562.

The above figure 699,857,562 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for their calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, MMX under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
