3i Group PLC31 July 2007 3i Group plc Total voting rights Following allotments of shares under The 3i Group Share Incentive Plan, The 3iGroup Discretionary Share Plan and The 3i Group 1994 Executive Share Option Planon 31 July 2007, 3i Group plc (the "Company") had 393,756,906 issued ordinaryshares of 73 19/22p each admitted to trading on a regulated or prescribedmarket. Each ordinary share carries the right to one vote in relation to allcircumstances at general meetings of the Company. The Company does not hold anyordinary shares in treasury.
