ITE Group PLC22 December 2006 Total Voting Rights ITE Group PLC-Voting Rights and Capital ITE Group PLC announces that, for the purposes of the transitional provisions ofthe Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the totalnumber of ordinary shares of 1 pence each of ITE Group PLC in issue as at thedate of this notice is 260,928,821 with each share carrying the right to onevote. There are 975,833 shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in ITE Group PLC is therefore 259,952,988. The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for thecalculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify theirinterest in, or a change to their interest in, ITE Group PLC, under theDisclosures and Tranparency Rules.
