Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the FSA's Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules, Superglass announces that, as at 4 June 2013:

·; the Company has 28,007,577 ordinary shares of 25p each ("Ordinary Shares") in issue;

·; the Company holds 790 Ordinary Shares in treasury; and

·; the number of Ordinary Shares in the Company with voting rights is 28,006,787.

The figure of 28,006,787 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Superglass under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
