Total Voting Rights
As at 31 October 2008 the Company's issued share capital consisted of 45,575,855 ordinary shares of 0.125p each. Alternative Networks holds 1,000,000 ordinary shares in Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Alternative Networks plc is 44,575,855.
The above figure (44,575,855) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Alternative Networks plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
