3i Group PLC28 December 2006 3i Group plc Total voting rights As at close of business on 27 December 2006, 3i Group plc (the "Company") had462,443,584 issued ordinary shares of 62 69/88p each admitted to trading on aregulated or prescribed market. Each ordinary share carries the right to onevote in relation to all circumstances at general meetings of the Company. TheCompany does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury.
