Total Voting Rights
Further to the Issue of Equity announcement release on 7 January 2016, the Company previously stated that the total number of shares in issue was 40,342,259 Ordinary Shares. The total number of shares in issue is in fact 40,242,259 Ordinary Shares with 2,300,000 held in treasury. Therefore the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights is 37,942,259. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
