TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS

In accordance with Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company announces that following the transfer of some of its treasury shares in the month ended 30 June 2018, the Company's issued share capital consists of 439,014,156 Ordinary shares of £0.001 each, with each Ordinary share having one vote. 462,487 Ordinary shares are held in treasury. Treasury shares do not carry any voting rights.

Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in respect of these Ordinary shares is 438,551,669. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in the Company, or a change to that interest, under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
