17th Oct 2007 12:13

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

17 October 2007

LAP LETS REMAINING RETAIL UNIT IN WINDSOR REDEVELOPMENT TO TOPSHOP

London & Associated Properties PLC ("LAP") today announces it has let the final remaining retail unit in its 200,000 sq ft partial redevelopment at King Edward Court, Windsor to Topshop.

The national fashion chain is leasing a 5,000 sq ft shop and joins Zara, Hennes, New Look,Waitrose and Travelodge in the redevelopment, which have now all commenced trading.

Topshop has taken a new 10 year lease on the unit on terms that are broadly in line with the Centre's other new tenants.

John Heller, LAP's Chief Executive, said: "This is the last piece in the jigsaw and I am delighted we have let the remaining unit to Topshop, one of the top fashion retailers in the High Street. We believe that they, along with the other new tenants, will be a tremendous draw and will take this shopping centre from strength to strength."

Ends.
