Mr. Sedivy will continue in his position of 1st vice chairman of the Board ofDirectors of Telefonica O2 Czech Republic, and will be replaced in his currentrole of CFO of Telefonica O2 Czech Republic by Mr. Ramon Ros, member of theBoard of Directors and currently Chief Business Development Officer ofTelefonica O2 Czech Republic.
