2.Cause of occurrence:

The difference of NT$9,784,709 thousand between the sales revenue amount for the fourth quarter of 2012 as reported by the Company and that audited by the auditors, and the difference of NT$8,938,992 thousand between the accounts receivable amount-related parties as of December 31, 2012 as reported by the Company and that audited by the auditors, were both primarily due to including SIO INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS LIMITED and SIO INTERNATIONAL INC. as related parties of the Company by the auditors.
