(1) The concerned server in the report is a file server that provides local business partners with product information. However, one of our partners have inappropriately managed its credentials leading to unauthorized access to the files, the server itself has not been breached.

(2) The files stored on the server include those needed to repair products, no personal information or customer data has been leaked and there is no material impact on our business operations.

(3) We will continue to strengthen our information security infrastructure to maintain business continuity and data integrity. We also urge all companies and organizations to adhere to cyber security disciplines and best practices, and be vigilant to any network activity abnormalities.
