TMK Holds its 2019 Capital Markets Day

PAO TMK ('TMK' or 'the Company' - LSE: TMKS), one of the world's leading producers of tubular products for the oil and gas industry, is today hosting its Capital Markets Day at the Moscow Exchange.

A series of presentations and Q&A session will update on the Company's progress against its strategy 2018 - 2022.

The senior management will set out market dynamics, new Company developments and its strategy and competitive advantages to deliver shareholder value, presented by:

· Alexander Shiryaev, Chief Executive Officer - Welcome Address

· Vladimir Shmatovich, Vice President for Strategy and Business Development - Strategy Update

· Sergey Alekseev, Marketing Director - Russian and U.S. Market Update: Enhancing leadership position with tailor-made products for customers

· Adrian Popescu, Head of the European Division - Leading integrated European supplier of customised-flexible-efficient solutions for a multitude of industrial applications

The event will be held at the Moscow Exchange, 4/7 building 1, Vozdvizhenka St, Moscow, from 2:00pm (GMT+3). Doors open at 1:00pm.
