TMK Holds Capital Markets Days

TMK (LSE: TMKS), one of the world's leading producers of tubular products and services for the oil and gas industry, is hosting its first ever Capital Markets Day ("CMD") in New York on 8th October 2013, to be held again in London on 10th October 2013.

A series of presentations led by Dmitry Pumpyanskiy, Chairman of the Board of Directors, will demonstrate that TMK is well positioned to maintain its leadership focused on further improving production efficiency and returns.

The senior management and Board members will set out broader market dynamics, the Company's development strategy and competitive advantages to deliver shareholder value, presented by:

Vladimir Shmatovich, VP for Strategy and Business Development - strategic priorities and outlook.

Peter O'Brien, Independent Director, Chairman of the Audit Committee - best practice corporate governance and new initiatives.

Sergey Alekseev, Director for Marketing - overview of the Russian market and TMK's position as an innovative services provider to the energy sector.

Piotr Galitzine, Chairman, TMK IPSCO - US energy markets and TMK's shale success.

Paul Fullerton, VP for Research and Product Development, TMK IPSCO - TMK plans to further develop its advanced technology and premium products offering.
