In accordance with the delisting process outlinedin the offer document sent to Tissue Science Laboratories shareholders on 12March 2008 (the "Offer Document"), Tissue Science Laboratories has applied tothe London Stock Exchange for the cancellation of admission to trading on AIM ofTissue Science Laboratories shares. It is expected that this will occur on 1May 2008, 20 business days following the date of this announcement. Furthermore, in accordance with the Offer Document, all the Directors and theSecretary of Tissue Science Laboratories have resigned as Directors and theSecretary respectively, with immediate effect. Lawrence Weiss, MichelangeloStefani and John Kapples have been appointed as Directors with immediate effectand Jo Pascucci has been appointed as the Secretary with immediate effect.
