Timing of Interim Results

DFC expects to announce its interim results for the sixth month period ended 30 June 2019 on 19 September 2019. 

DFC notes that TruFin plc ("TruFin") has today issued its Interim Financial Report for the six months ended 30 June 2019. The notes to TruFin's Interim Financial Report include reference to certain revenue and expense metrics of DFC. We note that these metrics are in respect of the period prior to the demerger of DFC from TruFin, which became effective on 8 May 2019, and therefore do not reflect trading in the period between 8 May 2019 and 30 June 2019. Also, the expenses as disclosed do not reflect the costs incurred by DFC arising from its demerger from Trufin and from DFC's subsequent Initial Public Offering. DFC's financial results for the six months to 30 June 2019, to be released on 19 September, will therefore differ from those disclosed today by TruFin.
