Timing of Interim Results announcement, Annual General Meeting and Extraordinary

General Meeting

LXB Retail Properties Plc the Jersey resident closed-ended real estate investment company focused on edge of town and out of town retail assets expects to announce Interim results for the six months to 31 March 2015 on 12 May 2015. At the same time the Company expects to confirm that the Annual General Meeting, and an Extraordinary General Meeting in connection with a proposed structured return of capital, will be held on 27 May 2015.

The Group also expects that the Annual Report for the year to 30 September 2014 will be posted to shareholders on 12 May 2015 along with a Circular setting out proposals for the structured return of capital, subject to approval at the Extraordinary General Meeting.
