Brady announces that the maiden dividend of 1p per ordinary share announced in the Company's final results on 20 March 2007 will, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM on 3 May 2007, be paid on 18 May 2007 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 20 April 2007.
