INTERSERVE'S TIM HAYWOOD APPOINTED NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AT TARSUS GROUP
Interserve, the international support services and construction group, announces that Group Finance Director Tim Haywood will join Tarsus Group plc (LSE: TRS, "Tarsus"), the international business-to-business media group, as a non-executive director.
Tim will become Chairman of Tarsus' Audit Committee and a member of its Remuneration, Nomination and Disclosure Committees when he joins the Tarsus board on July 31 2014.
