Electrica inform its shareholders that on 4 June 2019 the Company received the Notification of major holdings from NN Group N.V. (as parent company of the group containing the entities: Fondul de Pensii Facultative NN ACTIV, Fondul de Pensii Facultative NN OPTIM, Fondul de Pensii Administrat Privat NN, NN Investment Partners B.V.), attached to the present report. According to the notification, starting with 29 May 2019, the above mentioned entities exceeded the threshold of 5%, respectively have reached a holding of 6.21% of the voting rights of Electrica. The present current report is issued in accordance with the provisions of art. 72 para (6) of Law 24/2017 on issuers of financial instruments and market operations.
