21 June 2012 - ServicePower Technologies Plc (AIM: SVR), a market leader in field management, is pleased to announce that it has secured three new contracts for its ServiceOperations Software-as-a-Service platform with leading North American suppliers of electronics and appliances.
ServiceOperations enables ServicePower's customers to manage the dispatch of jobs and the payment of claims through independent contractors. The contracts are on a revenue per transaction basis and are expected to scale in the second half of the year following successful implementation.
ESI International, a distribution and trading company operating in the US, Canada and Mexico recently expanded its contract with ServicePower to include additional support for the AAFES (US Army and Air Force Exchange) which operates US military bases around the world. Funai Service Corporation, a subsidiary of Funai Electric Co. Funai Service Corporation will use ServiceOperations to enable it to manage and intelligently dispatch repair work to its third party service network in North America.
Haier America Trading, LLC, a division of the multi-national Haier Group, the world's number one major appliance brand as ranked by Euromonitor International 2011, and a global leader in consumer electronics will use ServiceOperations to facilitate intelligent third party dispatching, warranty claims processing and warranty payments.
