Declaration of Third Interim Dividend
The Board announces that the third interim dividend for the year ending 30 September 2021 of 5.2 pence per Ordinary Share will be payable to Shareholders on 24 September 2021. The dividend is payable to Shareholders on the register on 3 September 2021.
The Board has already set out its intentions with regards to the dividend for the remainder of the financial year and continues to expect that the dividend for the year will be at least 20.7p. This will be the 21st consecutive year of dividend increases.
