The Nomination Committee’s proposal for the Board of Directors of SBB

The Nomination Committee of Samh¤llsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ), SBB, proposes the election of Richard Sil©n as a new member of the Board of Directors at the Annual General Meeting on 23 April 2026. The Committee further proposes the re-election of Lennart Sten (Chairman), ˜yvind Eriksen (Vice Chairman), Ilija Batljan, Lennart Schuss, Han-Suck Song, Tone Kristin Omsted, and Hans Runesten as Board members. Kjell Inge R¸kke has declined re-election due to other commitments. The Nomination Committee also proposes that -hrling PricewaterhouseCoopers AB be appointed as auditor.

The Nomination Committee’s complete proposals for resolutions at the 2026 Annual General Meeting, additional information about the proposed Board members, and a report on the Committee’s work along with its motivated statement will be provided in connection with the publication of the notice to the Annual General Meeting.
