According to the ruling NO. 1050001900 issued by Financial Supervisory Commission R.O.C.(Taiwan),dated Jan. 30, 2016

5.Any other matters that need to be specified:

(1) The company plans to distribute emloyee bonus of NT$10,598,195,389, a total of 6% of the company's 2015 net profit.

(2)The total number of 126,621,211 shares issued to employees will be

calculated based on the closing price 83.7 of the day prior to the day

of the board meeting. The distribution of less than one full share will

be paid in 28 cash.

The amounts of above resolutions are no difference with the expenses recognized in 2015.
