Report 60/2017: The discontinuance of the cassation proceedings

UNOFFICIAL TRANSLATION

The Management Board of the Bank ("the Bank") hereby informs that the Bank received the decision of the Court of Appeal in Warsaw dated October 30, 2017 on the discontinuation - as a result of a withdrawal of the cassation appeal - of the cassation proceedings instituted by the cassation appeal of the Bank's shareholder against the verdict of the Court of Appeal in Warsaw dated April 5, 2017 dismissing the appeal of this shareholder.

Filing of the cassation appeal was reported by the Bank in the current report no 52/2017 dated October 10, 2017.

Legal basis: § 38 section 1 point 10 of the Finance Minister's Ordinance of 19 February 2009 re. current and periodic reports published by the issuers of securities and the rules of equal treatment of the information required by the laws of non-member states.
