The Company's subsidiary, Foxconn (Far East) Limited, priced the corporate bond ("Bond") guaranteed by the Company in a total amount of USD 1 billion under the Medium-Term Note programme. The offering amount for tenor of 5 years with the fixed interest rate of 2.25% is USD600 million; for tenor of 10 years with the fixed interest rate of 3.00% is USD 400 million.
