SOFTWARE RADIO TECHNOLOGY PLC TETRA Licence Agreement
Software Radio Technology plc ("SRT" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has signed a TETRA licence agreement with Switzerland based Swiss Space Sensors Technology AG ("SSST").
SRT has received an upfront payment of US$225,000 and will receive royalties based upon sales achieved by SSST in the future. Under the terms of the agreement there are no ongoing costs, warranties or obligations for SRT.
SSST is developing telecommunication technologies for the TETRA and WiMAX networks with cooperation from Ecole Polytechnique Federale de Lausanne in Switzerland. SSST is a member of the Stratxx Near Space Technology AG group.
