Tesco Personal Finance plc have published Final Terms dated 2 May 2012 which should be read in conjunction with the Offering Circular dated 16 August 2011 as supplemented by the Supplementary Offering Circular No.1 dated 11 November 2011 and the Supplementary Offering Circular No.2 dated 27 April 2012 in respect of their £2,000,000,000 Euro Note Programme.
