(the 'Company')
The Company announces that following the announcement of the terms of the mandatory superior cash offer for the entire issued and to be issued share capital of the Company by Comcast Bidco Limited on 24 and 25 September 2018, it received notification from the following Independent Non-Executive Directors of the Company that they have terminated the trading plans, pursuant to which a portion of their monthly fees are used to purchase shares, detailed below:
