Vertu Capital Limited (the "Company"), established to acquire a target company or business in the financial services sector, regrettably announces that VCB Malaysia Berhad has terminated The Mutual Letter Of Intention that was entered into by the parties with immediate effect, with no reasons given.

As such the Company will continue to seek for other suitable opportunities to acquire a target company or business in the financial services sector.
