Termination of talks

NetPlay TV, the interactive gaming company, announces that it has withdrawn from discussions with Sportech plc in relation to the potential acquisition of The Football Pools business. On 21 December 2015, the Company announced that it had held discussions in relation to the potential purchase of the Football Pools business, albeit such discussions were at a preliminary stage. Sportech plc has subsequently announced they had received a number of indicative proposals for the Football Pools business and invited interested parties to submit their best and final proposals by mid-January 2016. After careful consideration the Company has decided not to enter into this process and has therefore terminated discussions.

As such, the suspension from trading in the Company's ordinary shares will be lifted at 7:30am today.

NetPlay, supported by its robust cash position, continues to pursue a strategy of actively considering all relevant acquisition opportunities and increasing shareholder value.
