Termination of Relationship Agreement with Frasers Group plc
The Company has received notification from Frasers Group plc of a reduction in its notifiable interest in the ordinary shares in the capital of the Company such that it no longer holds 30% or more of the issued ordinary shares of the Company. Accordingly, the relationship agreement entered into between (1) the Company and (2) Frasers Group plc dated 4 September 2019 (which was put in place to comply with the controlling shareholder regime set out in the Listing Rules) has terminated in accordance with its terms.
