TERMINATION OF MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT - UPDATE

Trikona Trinity Capital PLC (AIM : TRC) (the "Company") announces that, in accordance with its previous announcements, the Portfolio Management Agreement dated 13 April 2006 between the Company, Trinity Capital Mauritius Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company) and Trikona Advisers Limited ("TAL") (the "PMA") terminated on 16 March 2010.

On 16 March 2010, the Company notified TAL of certain claims for damages and other relief against TAL. The Company has been notified by TAL that it intends to contest the termination of the PMA and make claims against the Company. The arbitration provisions contained in the PMA will apply to the dispute and the claims.

The Company, in conjunction with Rothschild (as lead adviser) and DTZ (as co-adviser), is continuing the process which will lead to the selection and appointment of a replacement investment manager. A further announcement will be made in due course.
